About Me!
I keep putting off the launch of my blog but today could be the day..my kids are in school. I have housework done and I am feeling pretty passionate about my love for Italy. I do not have all the answers but I do have some. I travel to Italy a lot. For my soul and for my father. He passed away nine years ago October 11 and the memory of him never fades it grows stronger with every landmark that my kids surpass and any landmark that my family encounters. What I can tell you about my father was that he was gentle, kind, humble, and modest. I guess my quest of going to Italy was initially to find someone to replace him. But instead I found out more about myself. I found out about my love for the ancient cities that have stayed in place after all these years. I found out that I can not get enough of espresso several times a day. I found out that all my friends in Italy are super amazing human beings. I am 47 and have younger children so the idea of being an expat in Italy is not far away. I will go there and I will live the dream...my dream!
So lets start this adventure together.
